Deborah Lynne Hairston

Deborah Lynne Hairston, 63, of Martinsville, VA transitioned on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at her home.  She was born December 20, 1959 a daughter of the late Jesse and Evelyn Dodson Hairston in Chillicothe, OH; In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Allen M. Hairston.

She attended Agape Bible Christian Fellowship, and was disabled from UniFi.

She is survived by one daughter, Andrella Moyer, of Axton, VA;one son, Jeremy Moyer, of Winchester, VA; one sister, Ossie M. Thomas, of Palmsdale, CA; one brother, Tony Genovese, of Columbus, OH; one grandaughter, Ciearra Moyer, of Axton, VA; and one god-daughter, Jocelyn Vernon, of Martinsville, VA;

A visitation will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM with the family being present from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Hines Funeral Services Chapel. A private burial immediately following visitation at Carver Memorial Gardens 2256 Carver Road, Martinsville, VA.

The family will also be receiving friends at the home at 50 Parkway Drive, Martinsville, VA at other times.
