Mrs. Betty Smith Wade, 77, of 809 Second Street, Martinsville, Virginia transitioned on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at her home. She was born December 28, 1945 a daughter of the late Charlie and Woodsey Tidline Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Courtney Wade.
She was retired from SaraLee after 20 years of service.
She is survived by one sister, Alberta Grant, of Martinsville, VA; and one brother, Rev. Charlie Smith of Aldelphi, MD.
