Steven Gary Gravely

Steven Gary Gravely, 65, transitioned on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at his home.  He was born in Martinsville the son of the late John and Cynthia "Deet" Gravely.

He was self employed as an Human Resources consultant and attended First Galilee Missionary Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish his memory include one daughter, Rebecca (Brian) Wayne of Woodstock, GA, two sons, John Gravely of Atlanta, GA; and Adam Gravely, of Amsterdam, Netherlands, and five grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 12:00 PM at First Galilee Missionary Baptist Church 4116 Chatham Road, Martinsville, VA with John John Adams, officiating.  Burial will follow in the Eggleston Family Cemetery in Martinsville, VA.  The family will receive friends at the church one half hour prior to the funeral.

A walk thru visitation will be held Friday, August 2, 2024 at Hines Funeral Services chapel from 2:00 to 5:00 PM
