Elzy Mahan Law

Elzy Mahan Law, 77, departed this life on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 in Silver Springs, MD.  He was born in Eden, NCon March 25, 1949 a son of Elzy "Jack" and Pearlie Perkins Law.  in addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary L. Barksdale.

"Mack" as he was called was a 1968 graduate of Southside High School in Blairs, VA.  He was a U. S. Marines veteran and was a retired Federal Police Officer in Silver Springs, MD.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Lisa; three children, Tonya L. Gomes, Chad and Chris Law; three grandchildren, Natasha, James and Chris; and one brother, Tex Law.

Memorial services will be held Saturday May 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Hines Funeral Services chapel with Dr. James R. Cohen, officiating.
