Annie Mae (Davis) Summers

Annie Mae Davis Summers, 87, of 609 Forest Street, Martinsville, VA departed this life on Tuesday,April 18, 2023 at Sovah Health Memorial Hospital of Martinsville & Henry County.  She was born in Martinsville, VA on May 24, 1935 a daughter of the late Emmit and Vera Hairston Studervant.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Vernell Summers.

Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Anna Summers, of Jamaica, NY; and Lavera McLeod, of Henrico, VA; two sons, Anderson Summers, Jr., of Jamaica, NY; and Avery Summers, of Martinsville, VA; 15 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
